• Proxy Form: If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete this form to appoint someone to vote on your behalf.
• Trustee Nomination Form: If you are interested in serving as a trustee, please complete and submit this form before the meeting.
• Proposed Budget: A copy of the proposed budget has been provided for review before the AGM.
