Main Gate Intercom

The security guards DO NOT have a remote to open the main gate. You as owner/tenant will be solely held responsible for the actions and conduct of your guests or visitors.

Main Gate Entry Procedure:

  1. Once guests arrive at the main gate, they should dial the unit number from the intercom.
  2. If more than one number is listed, a submenu will appear displaying the first letters of the listed names 1) A 2) B. Dial the corresponding number.
  3. The gate will now phone the tenant/owner. Calls automatically cut off after a certain time duration to prevent misuse of the intercom.
  4. When receiving a call from the intercom, you can open the gate by pressing the 9 button.
  5. The gate will now open, and guests will need to sign the visitors' logbook at security.

Main Gate Exit Procedure:

  1. Once guests are ready to depart, phone the gatekeeper at 071 142 0372. The call will automatically answer and end the call. This procedure IS NECESSARY to activate the keypad at the main gate.
  2. Once guests arrive at the main gate, they can punch in the exit code to open the main gate and exit 2580#.

Whatsapp Group

Any residents of Watsoia View are welcome to join our WhatsApp group to keep in touch with the latest news and have the ability to ask questions. To join the WhatsApp group residents can scan the QR code located at the guardhouse to join the group. Alternatively they can be added by any trustee member

Complaints

For immediate attention, urgent complaints regarding noise, property damage, misconduct, burst geysers, or any other issue can be addressed to the caretaker and he will advise and communicate with the trustees of Watsonia.

All complaints, whether addressed to a trustee or otherwise, should be submitted via email. This procedure is essential for accurate record-keeping of events, and a CSOS requirement.


Additionally, a complaint can be logged using the online portal ensuring an email will be sent to all trustees and the managing agency.
