New managing agent appointed for Watsonia View—- Van Dyk Smit Financial Services
Dear owners/tenants.
We as trustees would like to announce that our management contract with Earthzone has come to an end and we have decided not to renew the contract with them.
We have sourced a new company, Van Dyk Smit Financial Services.
We would like to kindly ask that you bear with us in this process, as with all transformations, there may be some bumps in the beginning, however, we will make sure from all sides that this process is handled with the utmost efficiency and professionalism.
The new company will focus primarily on the financial management and procedures of Watsonia View. Any levy queries, payment arrangements or financial queries must be sent to them.
If you have any levy/ accounts related queries, pertaining to the month of June and prior, please address this with EarthZone. From July onward, please query this with Van Dyk Smit Financial Services.
For complaints, suggestions and insurance related matters please send an email or WhatsApp to us trustees.

Please try and keep calls between 08:00- 16:30 for the below — and emails and WhatsApp for after hours. Please bear in mind that all of us trustees also work and so we will attend to matters as soon as we can.
